Five goals and second victory
Sparta won 5-0 over Jihlava and has two wins from two matches during the pre-season. Benjamin Tetteh scored a hattrick in the second half.
Head coach Václav Jilek used two complete elevens in the first match against České Budějovice. This time he sent 20 players to the pitch. Milan Heča, Costa, Martin Frýdek, Michal Trávník, Libor Kozák or Jan Fortelný started. Fortelný was on loan in Jihlava during the autumn part of the season. He played with a captain's tape.
Libor Kozák scored the first goal in the fourth minute after a great pass from the right wing by Jan Fortený.
Sparta added the second hit in the 8th minute. Martin Frýdek sent a great the corner kick to the box. Georges Mandjeck headed and it was 2-0.
In the 21st minute, Jan Fortelný sent another great pass from the wing. The addressee was again Kozák. But this time he did not score. After half an hour, guests had their first opportunity. Koubek was stopped by Milan Heča and a mid-range shot a moment later also did not end in our net.
Libor Kozák had two chances ten minutes before the break. The shot from line of the box and header were stopped by Luděk Vejmola. So 2-0 after the first half.
Nine different Spartans played the second half. Only Fortelný and Štetina stayed on the pitch. As in the first half, we have seen quick goal. Benjamin Tetteh was fouled in the box, took the ball and scored from the penalty.
After an hour, Florin Nita was ready twice. At first, he stopped Jakub Rezek, then he pushed the shot by Stanislav Klobása with the help of a post to the corner.
At the end of the match, great moments Benjamin Benjamin were seen. The Spartan striker first took Martin Hašek's great pass in 74th minute and scored. Seven minutes before the end, he went over several defenders from left side to the box, cooperated with Jan Fortelný and shot near the far post. Tetteh completed a hattrick!
Sparta defeated Jihlava 5-0 and have the second win and clean sheet.
