Kryštof Daněk is the new Sparta player
Kryštof Daněk is the next signing for Sparta for the following season. He came to Letná from Olomouc. The Czech national team player in the category U21 agreed on a long-term contract.
Daněk started his career in Sigma Olomouc, and it did not take long and he showed a huge potential there. He has played in the Czech national youth teams from U15 to U21. 19 years old midfielder is currently fighting for EURO with the Czech Republic U21.
He scored 12 goals in 9 games for Olomouc U19 in the season 2019/2020 that was interrupted because of covid. He debuted in our Czech highest league in the spring of 2020 when he was 17. He played two more matches until the end of the season.
Daněk became the permanent member of the starting line-up in the season 2020/2021. He scored his premiere goal in January 2021 in the game against Opava. His second goal? He added another goal in the home match 14 days later. Olomouc hosted Sparta that day. He finished the season with 23 league appearances and 3 goals.
Kryštof played 29 league games for Sigma last season and scored two goals against Sparta and Zlín. So far, he has played 55 league games in our highest league, scored 5 goals, and made 4 assists.
