We are #FootballPeople
AC Sparta Praha supports the #FootballPeople project during the next home match against Mladá Boleslav. Club decided to join the project, because Sparta fights against racism and discrimination in footbal for many years.
One of the team leaders Nicolae Stanciu is going to warm up in the T-shirt of the project before the Monday’s game. The Romanian midfielder will play after two-match ban because of the red card recieved in the match in Plzeň.
„Football is the biggest phenomenom in the world. People all over the planet play and watch this sport. Football is open for everyone,“ Nico Stanciu, who previously played in Romania, Belgium, says about the project of UEFA and Fare network.
Sparta honors modern values and has an international overlap for a long time. There are important players from Czech republic, Romania, Serbia or African countries in the team of Zdeněk Ščasný.
„I divide people to good or bad in my life. It doesn’t matter what colour of skin they have or what nationality they are. In football, you learn many things about people and their life stories,“ says captain of the team, Josef Šural.
