Sparta is dangerous on the sides and well-defending
Sparta is playing against Olympique Lyon tomorrow at a home stadium. Lyon is leading the group right in front of Spartans. The press conference took place a day before the game. Lyon's coach Peter Bosz and the captain of the team Léo Dubois were talking about the match and the opponent.
The French defender admitted that tomorrow's win can help Lyon to fulfil the ambitions of the club. “It is going to be a very important match to reach our goal – to win the group. We will do our best to be successful in Prague.” Olympique has carefully studied Sparta's matches while they know what they need to be aware of. “We have noticed that Sparta has a huge quality in its offense and likes to play counter-attacks. We need to be careful about that, have the ball possession and focus on our play. We know it is not going to be an easy game and do maximum to be successful.” Besides that, he pointed out the atmosphere that will be pushing and helping Sparta while his team needs to deal with that.
Former coach of Ajax or Borussia Dortmund came to the press conference relaxed and described the mood in his team. “21 players came here to Prague and all of them are ready to play. I will watch how they look on the pitch at today's training and decide what will be the best for us tomorrow's match that we want to win. We have a busy schedule these weeks, but we are focusing on Sparta right now.” The Dutch coach came here with the clear purpose – to beat Sparta. “This win should help us in winning our group. I believe if all players concentrate on their performances, we will be successful.” 57-years old coach also mentioned Sparta's strengths. “They have a strong team with a great defense. They like to run, do not fear, and are dangerous on the sides. We need to be careful about that, but I believe we are well-prepared.” Then he reacts to the question about which players are going to be the most important in this game. “I do not look at individualities that much, but I am focusing on playing as a team.”
Bosz with Dubois agreed that Lucas Paquetá is a great player who is very important for the team and leading it not only by his experience but also from a psychological point of view. His presence at the pitch is important for reaching a great result.
