Jakub Jankto grew up in Slavia, but he didn't get a chance in the first team and at the age of 18 he moved to Udine in Italy. During his debut in Serie A he scored a goal against Gianluigi Buffon in a match with Juventus. His next steps led him to Sampdoria. He then spent a year at Getafe in Spain from where he moved on loan with an option to Sparta in the summer 2022. Jankto is also a member of the Czech national team and he played all the matches at EURO 2020.
