Tomáš Čvančara played in Sparta academy in 2010-2011, then went through Sokol Libiš, Admira, Meteor, Slavia and them moved to Jablonec at the age of seventeen. There he went on loan to Empoli, Italy. He spent the 2019/2020 season in Vyšehrad, where he was one of the best strikers of the second division with thirteen goals. During the spring of the 2020/21 season, he was on loan in Opava. In the 2021/22 season, he was back in Jablonec jersey. He scored five league goals in fourteen matches, and added another four in European matches. He moved to Sparta in the middle of the 2021/22 season.
