Message for Letna tribunes
We will start a new season on Sunday. With new coach and new players in the cadre. With you – fans. It will be the first season for someone. For some of you maybe twentieth. According to the number of sold season tickets and your interest in the new team, this could be a great season for the tribunes. Let's show how strong Sparta is. On the pitch and in the audience.
The last season wasn’t ideal on the pitch. Neither for us nor you. Sometimes also what happened on the tribunes was not well. In total the club paid over 4.7 million to UEFA Disciplinary Body and the LFA Disciplinary commission. As a result, we will enter the 2019/2020 competition with two penalties:
We have to play the first home game in the qualification to the Europa League at GENERALI Arena without you, fans. Because of what? UEFA found out that fans in the ACS sector behaved racist in Novi Sad in Subotica. And the international football union punishes in this cases.
We also paid for running of the fans to the pitch after the second match with Subotica in Prague, but in this case, the UEFA Disciplinary Body accepted a monetary penalty. Even so, the punishment from the international union was high.
The LFA Disciplinary commission has given us the condition to play one match without fans in the ACS sector if the explosives or massive pyrotechnic will be used again. This condition is valid until the end of 2019 year. This is a big problem for the club and for the fans.
If any sector in the stadium is closed by LFA Disciplinary commission for inappropriate speeches, the club doesn’t have to give permanent ticket holders tickets to other parts of the stadium.

Now there's a new chapter in front of us. A new opportunity. A chance to show who has the best fans in the Czech Republic.
The club doesn't want to fight against its fans. We're like you. We like Sparta and we care about its success. We also care about security in GENERALI Arena. Club will continue with investing to increase the safety standards at the stadium and will add other the camera systems to ensure the safety of its fans during home matches.
ACS's ambition is to eliminate individuals or smaller groups of fans who do not follow the rules. And they annoy their surroundings.
We do not want at the stadium:
Racism.
Racism has no place in modern society. And of course Sparta shares these values. Therefore, we strongly condemn to judge people by their skin colour or their religion. Be it a player on the pitch or anyone else.
Explosives.
The use of explosives at the stadium makes no sense, and individuals who have used them in the past didn’t think about the possible consequences of their behaviour. It has been a threat to the spectators and players on the pitch. Throwing explosives is also dangerous for those who use them.
"Jude Slavia" scream.
Did you know that Jews contributed significantly to the birth of legendary Iron Sparta after the World War I? By this scream, we dishonour ourselves, the famous club history and the ACS values. This scream doesn't hurt Slavia or her fans. It tells nothing about the club from Vršovice. It tells about us.
Vandalism, aggression.
In the past twelve months, the club has granted bans on entry to the stadium for similar speeches and enforced contractual penalties according to the visitor's rules (for example, after the match with Subotica on Letná). If such thing happens again at GENERALI Arena, the club will act equally against this people.
We believe in a successful season. On the pitch. In the audience.
We're Sparta.
