SPARTA iD Terms

(„Terms and conditions“)

1.     These Terms and Conditions govern the SPARTA ID service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by AC Sparta Praha fotbal a.s., with its registered office at Tř. Milady Horákové 1066/98, Praha 7, Postal Code 17000, ID No.: 46356801, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. B 2276 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). 

2.     The Service includes the creation and management of a personal SPARTA ID user account (hereinafter referred to as the "SPARTA ID account") of the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), through which the user is entitled to use other services provided by the Operator, e.g. access to the content of the website www.sparta.cz, access to the Wi-Fi network "SPARTA" in the premises of the Operator's stadium, login to the client zone on the website of the AC Sparta Praha fanshop, on the website of the AC Sparta Praha ticket distributor, if the conditions are met, also access to premium content and services and others (hereinafter referred to as "Subsequent service/s") (the terms of use of individual Subsequent services are available on the Operator's website). The Service also includes e-mail communication between the Operator and the User. The User acknowledges that the scope and number of Subsequent services may vary and the Operator does not guarantee the functioning of any Subsequent service by these Terms.

3.     To register for the Service, you must fill in the form available on the website id.sparta.cz. The rules are also available on this website, including instructions on how to complete the form and submit it. In order to fully complete the registration, the User is obliged to follow the instructions in the confirmation email sent by the Operator to the email address provided at the start of the registration. If the User does not complete the registration within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email, a new notification will be sent with a link to complete the registration. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or cancel the User's registration at any time, even without giving a reason. The Operator is also entitled, at its discretion, to delete SPARTA ID accounts. The Operator is entitled to change the rules for registration and access to the Service.

4.     The Operator is entitled to suspend or cancel the User's access to the Service in the event that the User violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of use of individual Subsequent services or legal regulations when using the Service. In the cases referred to in this paragraph, no claim for damages shall arise. 

5.     The User must be 15 years of age or older to register for the Service. By registering you confirm this fact. In the case of persons under 15 years of age, the Operator reserves the right to refuse their registration without further notice or to cancel their registration if the age limit is falsely stated.

6.     Multiple registration (registration of the same email) is not allowed.

1.     For the purpose of providing the Service, the Operator processes the identification and contact data of the User of the Service, including any updates made by the User, as well as the date and time of registration and its eventual termination. In this context, the User acknowledges that the provision of additional data may be required for the use of certain Subsequent services. 

2.     In the event that the User has consented to cookies for marketing purposes, the Operator will process records of behaviour on the Operator's website for the purpose of developing and improving the quality of products and services.

3.     For the use of Subsequent services, the Operator will transmit, upon request and after confirmation by the user of the service, his/her identification and contact data filled in when registering the SPARTA ID account. These data will be transferred to the individual Subsequent services after User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Subsequent service and confirmation that User interested in using the identification and contact data from your SPARTA ID account for the Subsequent service.

5.     The User is obliged to communicate the data truthfully and completely. The Operator strongly recommends that a unique password different from other user passwords be entered during registration.

1.     Registration is exclusively online at id.sparta.cz. The User fills in his/her data according to the Operator's instructions. 

2.     In case of a forgotten password, the User shall fill in the e-mail address entered during registration on the id.sparta.cz website. The Operator will send a link for the password change form to this address. After entering the new password according to the instructions, the User is automatically logged into the SPARTA ID account.

3.     Password changes can be made within the SPARTA ID account.

1.     The User is obliged to secure his registration data and access data against their misuse by another person. 

2.     Users are obliged to use the Service in such a way that other users are not excluded from their use, that their use of the website is not hindered, and that the functionality of the website or the provision of services by the operator is not compromised or damaged. 

3.     The User is obliged to provide the requested data truthfully and is obliged to inform the Operator of any changes to the data in accordance with the specific rules for updating the data set by the Operator.

4.     Users are not entitled to circumvent or disrupt the software protection of the SPARTA ID account and disrupt its operation, in particular by sending automatically generated unsolicited messages or automatically generated accesses to the SPARTA ID account.

5.     The User is entitled to cancel the SPARTA ID account at any time. Cancellation of the account is possible in the SPARTA ID account settings. In this case, the Operator is obliged to cancel the SPARTA ID account and delete the personal data relating to the User, except for those data that the Operator is entitled to process without the User's consent. 

1.     The legal relations arising from the provision of the Service by the Operator and the use of the Service by the User and in connection with them shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions and by the law of the Czech Republic. 

2.     If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or ineffective, the invalid or ineffective provision shall be replaced by a valid legal regulation whose meaning is as close as possible to the invalid provision. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of a provision shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions. 

3.     The Operator is entitled to change these Terms and Conditions. It shall publish information about such change on the website on which the individual Service is provided at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

4.     Providing the Service is free of charge. The Operator is entitled to interrupt or terminate the providing of the Service and its Subsequent services at any time. Upon termination of the Service, the User shall lose access to the SPARTA ID account made available to him/her under the Service. The User acknowledges that some Subsequent services may be charged by the Operator.

 

These Terms and Conditions shall come into force and effect on 28.5.2024.
