The boys' and girls' sections of the Academy are closely linked, which is reflected in the shared philosophy when it comes to the work with football players from the youngest categories to the oldest. These are divided into four phases according to specific areas of development: Fun phase (U7-U9), Development phase (U10-U13), Performance phase (U14-U17) and the Professional phase (U19).
