Our philosophy

"I see that one of my main tasks as a director/head coach of the ACS Academy is to pass on my football and coaching experience to our young players and coaches. I want to work with all the people in the academy and throughout the club. It should be the goal of all of us to work together to create an environment and atmosphere that is conducive to the development and growth of our young Spartans. And not only sportingly, but also humanly. From the position of the head coach of the so called Profi phase (U19 category), I want to work closely with the coach Jakub Hovorka and the whole coaching staff."
Academy Life

A dedicated team of people who take care of both the day-to-day operations at the Academy as well as the long-term planning.

Clubs that are closely linked with Sparta.

Our Facilities

The training centre at Strahov is available to our Spartans starting from the U8 category all the way to the A-team. It is also home to the WU17 and WU21 girls' team and to the women's A-team. Our training centre has 6 full size pitches with natural grass and 2 with artificial grass, which we use both for training as well as for matches, and other projects, such drafts or camps. The Academy offers our players top quality conditions not only for their sporting development, but also for their education, which forms an important part of our philosophy.
