For inclusion

We want everyone to have the same opportunity to be part of the Spartan nation and to feel at home with us. Every fan is part of one big family that is constantly growing.

Sparta without barriers

Sparta actively strives to create an open, friendly, and inclusive environment for all members of society through the Sparta Without Barriers project. We initiate various activities and projects aimed at removing barriers and supporting all individuals. At the stadium, we have introduced a barrier-free section for 15 wheelchair users and their accompanying persons. Visiting wheelchair-bound fans can also attend matches, with a dedicated section available for them.

We aim to simplify ticket purchasing through the SPARTA ID account and provide free audio-described commentary at every home game for visually impaired fans.

Additionally, we offer special stadium tours for blind and visually impaired fans. We have assistants and volunteers from the club academy who take care of disabled individuals during matches.

We strive to accommodate all disabled individuals' needs and have established a special email address, bezbarier@sparta.cz, for this purpose.

#NoToRacism!

We want our fans to create the best possible atmosphere for our players within the values of our club. Sparta has long been opposed to all forms of racism. We don't want racism in the stadium! One of the club's core values is respect, including respect for the opponent. We wish to beat our opponents, but we also respect the origin of their players and the colour of their skin.

Spartan women

As a club, we make sure that we treat everyone equally here. We support women's football, for example we try to develop young Spartans. We also try to promote women's football as such, hosting the women's derby and the Champions League at Letná. We support women not only in terms of football, but we also want women to have the same opportunities as men in managerial positions.
