TICKETS

TICKET PRICES
  • The holder of a Disabled Persons Card has a 50% discount on the price of a Category 5 ticket according to the current price list. The holder is also entitled to one ticket for his/her companion, but this is already at full price.
  • The holder of a ZTP/P disability card is entitled to a 50% discount on a Category 5 ticket according to the current price list. The accompanying person receives a free ticket (after applying a 100% discount).
HOW TO BUY TICKETS?
  • Starting from the 2024/2025 season, we are coming up with a new feature to facilitate the purchase of tickets based on a valid ZTP or ZTP/P card. Please cooperate in uploading your card from both sides through the Sparta ID account settings. To upload this ID go to your account settings, where at the bottom of the page you will find the button "Add your ZTP or ZTP/P ID." Please upload both the front and back of your ID card. Once your ID is uploaded and approved, you will be able to purchase tickets in the ENIGOO system.
SECTOR V
  • From the 2026/2027 season, tickets for the wheelchair-accessible section are available for purchase online.
  • Before purchasing tickets, you must register your ZTP/P disability card in your account settings on our website. Once your card has been successfully verified, you will be able to purchase tickets for the wheelchair-accessible section.
  • Wheelchair ticket sales: Prodejní aplikace
  • The ticket price is already discounted. One ticket is valid for two people – the wheelchair user and one accompanying person.
  • Holders of discounted season tickets are subject to the rules of our loyalty programme: Loyalty Programme | sparta.cz. If, for health reasons, you are no longer able to use your season ticket, please inform us as soon as possible. Please do not wait until the season ticket renewal period for the following season. Early notification helps us ensure a smooth renewal process and, if applicable, make the seat available to another supporter.
SECTOR A9
  • Each fan can purchase a maximum of two tickets – one for themselves and one for their companion. Tickets can be found in the ENIGOO system under section A9. To apply your discount, simply click on the "Unlock discount" button during the purchase process and enter the code found on your ID card. The discount should then be automatically applied.
  • For ZTP/P (severe disability) ID holders, the discount code must be entered separately for each ticket. The companion's ticket is free of charge (100% discount) once the code in the format “ID number + A” (e.g. 12345A) is entered.
  • If you are a visually impaired fan and have trouble purchasing tickets, please contact us at: [email protected].
  • If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Sales channel for blind fans: Prodejní aplikace
  • Sales channel for other fans with a ZTP or ZTP/P disability card: Prodejní aplikace

FANS WITH TEMPORARY MOBILITY LIMITATIONS (CRUTCHES, CANE)

  • From the 2026/2027 season onwards, the conditions for supporters who use crutches or walking sticks (whether on a temporary or permanent basis) will change. To ensure greater safety when accessing their seats, supporters using mobility aids will be accommodated exclusively in Section A9. This preventive measure has been introduced in response to the increased number of stadium accidents recorded in recent seasons.
  • Section A9 has been selected primarily because of its excellent accessibility. It is one of the easiest areas of the stadium to access, requiring visitors to use only a small number of steps. The approach to the stadium is also more convenient.
  • Another advantage of Section A9 is that it is covered by the stadium roof, offers an excellent view of the pitch, and provides the option of having refreshments delivered directly to your seat. The Club also recognises the social aspect of attending matches, so supporters may request to be relocated to Section A9 together with a family member or friend.

Tour of the stadium for the blind and visually impaired

  • One of our long-term goals is to make the stadium accessible to all visitors. Now, in addition to the traditional stadium tour, we are also providing this experience to people with disabilities. The tour is enriched with special items for the blind and visually impaired, such as a tactile relief of the stadium and the club logo or the names of the players in the booth written in Braille.
  • To book a specific date, please contact us via email at [email protected]. You can also use the same email address to arrange stadium tours and special requests for people with disabilities.
*We also allow visitors in wheelchairs, but their route is shortened for safety and logistical reasons by a section on the journalists' footbridge.
