Please cooperate in uploading your card from both sides through the Sparta ID account settings. To upload this ID go to your account settings, where at the bottom of the page you will find the button "Add your ZTP or ZTP/P ID." Please upload both the front and back of your ID card. Once your ID is uploaded and approved, you will be able to purchase tickets in the ENIGOO system.
SECTORS V1, V2
  • Once you have successfully completed this registration, you will need to go through the login via this link: https://sparta.enigoo.cz/…ets
  • After completing the previous step, if you are interested in tickets for the wheelchair sector, please contact us by email: [email protected].
  • After processing your request, you will receive an email with a link to the ENIGOO ticketing portal shopping cart, where your discounted tickets will be ready for purchase.
  • To successfully complete the purchase, you must already be logged in to your Sparta ID on the ENIGOO portal before opening the link. The link you receive when purchasing a ticket has a limited validity. If you open the link without completing the purchase (payment), your order will be cancelled.

This will take into account the current risk, the location of the sector, its current occupancy, etc.
  • Fans with a season ticket can release their ickets for free sale in exchange for new ones in sector A9, which is easily accessible and crutches are allowed. However, new tickets for Sector A9 are not guaranteed due to the limited capacity of Sector A9. Please contact us as soon as possible at: [email protected]

Tour of the stadium for the blind and visually impaired

  • One of our long-term goals is to make the stadium accessible to all visitors. Now, in addition to the traditional stadium tour, we are also providing this experience to people with disabilities. The tour is enriched with special items for the blind and visually impaired, such as a tactile relief of the stadium and the club logo or the names of the players in the booth written in Braille.
  • To book a specific date, please contact us via email at [email protected]. You can also use the same email address to arrange stadium tours and special requests for people with disabilities.
*We also allow visitors in wheelchairs, but their route is shortened for safety and logistical reasons by a section on the journalists' footbridge.
