"The purpose of our Fun Phase is to encourage a positive attitude towards sports and a Spartan team spirit in girls. Through a fun and game-like process, we comprehensively develop the players both with versatile movement training with a focus on football and team training focused on individual football skills. Every training session can be an important step on the way of the Spartans."

“In the Development Phase, we build on the foundations established in the Fun Phase. Our main goals are to deepen the players’ connection to football, continue developing their skills and versatility, and gradually introduce cooperation between multiple players. From a football-development perspective, coaches in this phase guide players from small-sided formats toward the full-size game. During this period, players go through up to five different game formats. As the emphasis on team play and understanding tactical principles grows, it becomes increasingly important to balance the individual development of each player. This ensures that every player is as well prepared as possible for the transition into the Performance Phase.”

Performance Phase

“The Performance Phase represents a key stage of the Girls’ Academy. Players move from intermediate football to the full-size game, learning to handle more space, higher intensity, and to translate their technical abilities into a collective team system. They learn discipline, the importance of strength training, how to take care of their bodies, and proper nutrition. Mental resilience is equally important, helping them cope with pressure and competition. This is the period in which their future careers begin to take shape. The phase serves as a bridge between children’s football and the world of performance-level football.”

“The Professional phase is the final step of our academy pathway, preparing players for the transition into senior football. Each player works according to her individual development plan, which enhances her technical, tactical, physical, and mental abilities. Our goal is to help them become confident, independent, and ready to face the challenges that await them in their future careers. This phase brings together everything they have gained throughout the academy and moves them closer to success in the adult game.”
