Each season ticket holder earns points for activity, which means his, or arrival of the person to whom he or she has lent the season ticket or the release of a seat to a free sale. Lending a season ticket or releasing a seat to free sale can be done easily in your SPARTA iD on the website or in the Sparta. app, where you can also track all activities and points accumulated.

The loyalty system is set up primarily for home league games. From the 2025/2026 season onwards, other A-team matches played in the epet ARENA (e.g. MOL Cup) can also be included in the loyalty system. If a match is added to the loyalty system, the club will inform all season ticket holders in due time.

Point thresholds may change depending on the addition or removal of matches to the loyalty system. If one match is added, the new point maximum is 19 points, 18 points are required for a 10% discount and 15 points are required to retain the right for the seat reservation.

Leave your place to others. Lend your seat to a friend or give up a seat to other fans. Collect points and get a discount on your season ticket purchase for the following season.
LEND YOUR SEAT TO A FRIEND
- On the web in your SPARTA iD
Open the season ticket detail and then go to the Upcoming Matches section and Select Lend.
- In the Sparta app
In My Account tab, open the Season Ticket section and then the Upcoming Match section with the Give up or Lend action. Select Lend my season ticket.
GIVE UP THE SEAT TO FREE SALE
- On the web in your SPARTA iD
Open the season ticket detail and then go to the Upcoming Matches section which offers limited time events. Select Give up.
- In the Sparta app
In My Account tab, open the Season Ticket section and then the Upcoming Match section with the Give up or Lend action. Select Give up.
