The girls’ teams traditionally organise draft sessions throughout the year, so do not hesitate to come to one of the open training sessions. If you want to participate in the Day of Future Hopes at our Strahov training centre, just register after the date has been announced.
The Day of Future Hopes
Our biggest Academy draft will take place on 21. 4. 2026 and it will be open to girls and boys born between 2013 - 2020. We no longer organise drafts for those born in 2012 and any other older kids. Children of this age can only join through our partner clubs.

Due to the growing interest, this year's draft will be divided into two phases according to the age groups. Please, pay special attention to which window your child falls into. It will not be possible to participate in the draft outside of your own category.
Draft Schedule:
PHASE I.
Boys born in:2020, 2019, 2018, 2017
- 16:00 - 16:30 – Registration, and head straight to the assigned pitch
- 16:35 - 17:40 – Training session
- 17:45 - 17:55 – Official opening (everyone), group photo
PHASE II.
Boys born in: 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, and girls born between 2013–2020
- 17:10 - 17:40 – Registration
- 17:45 - 17:55 – Official opening (everyone), group photo
- 18:00 - 19:00 – Training session
KEY INFORMATION:
- Location: AC Sparta Praha Training Center
- Address: Vaníčkova 2464, Prague 6 - Strahov
- Parking is not possible in the training centre. We recommend using Prague public transport, the Koleje Strahov stop is available, which is located directly in front of the entrance to the training centre.
- Check-in takes place according to the year of birth and according to the schedule above
- The draft training session will last approximately 60 minutes
- We would like to ask you to stay in the stands or on the sidewalks around the pitches during the entire session and to not enter the pitches
- Toilets and a place where to purchase refreshments will be available
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?
Please equip your child with sportswear according to the weather. Football boots are not required for preschool children. There will be a changing room inside the building, but it will only be used for changing clothes, not for storing things. Please also bring your own drinking bottle.
AFTER RECRUITMENT?
We will send you an information email regarding the recruitment result by 1. 5. 2026. Based on the training session, we may invite the child to train with the Sparta team or our partner clubs, whose coaches will be present at the draft.
