Draw with Hradec

Before the match, Costa ended his football career at his “home” stadium.

We had to make a change after the warm-up. Adam Hložek could not play due to health problems and was replaced by Pešek. The only other change was Haraslín on the wing. On the other hand, Lukáš Juliš was ready on the bench.

Pavelka could score in the 3^rd minute. But goalkeeper Vízek pushed his shot away.

Two minutes later Højer fired from distance, his shot was knocked down by Hradec defence.

Sparta continued actively. Half a minute later, Pavelka shot fired from a volley in a box. His attempt narrowly missed the left post. Vízek just looked back.

In the 12^th minute, the visitors had first opportunity. Vašulín shot in the penalty area. But Hancko was ready close to him and the attempt was stopped by Heča.

And Hradec had two big chances in quick in a short time. Firstly, Novotný' run from the left wing and Heča stopped him by a great save. Then Kubala run from the middle and Heča pushed his attempt over the goal.

In the 23^rd minute, the whole stadium applauded former Sparta captain Josef Šural, which died three years ago. We will never forget, Šury!

Seven minutes before the break, Haraslín shot from a free kick, but this time he only aimed near the goalkeeper.

That's all what happened in the first half.

Five minutes after the break, Čvančara was fouled in the box whitewash and the referee ordered a penalty. Vízek chose a side but Hancko placed the penalty kick high enough and the goalkeeper was short!

In the 66^th minute, Hradec had a free kick and Leibl sent the ball into our net.

Twelve minutes later, after Dočkal’s free kick, Hancko ended near but Vízek touched the ball and the ball aimed just next to the right post!

In the 80^th minute, Dočkal found LK37 by a nice chop. Krejčí aimed just to the left post.

Lukáš Juliš came to the pitch for the final five minutes and played his 100^th league match.

In the 89^th minute, Hancko tried a long-range shot, but Vízek waited for the ball and saved.

In the stoppage time, Čvančara shot from box line. The goalkeeper was just watching the ball which aimed next to the left post.

Sparta drew 1-1 with Hradec at Letná.
