Václav Kadlec leaves to Eintracht Frankfurt

Kadlec signed with Sparta in 2008, after his transfer from Bohemians Praha 1905 made him the most expensive player under 18 years of age. As a 16-year old, he scored two goals in his debut season in the Czech top division.
In the 2009/2010 season he scored six goals in 29 matches and contributed to the championship title for Sparta.
After slight health problems he become a key part of the team, scoring 14 goals in 26 matches of the 2012/2013 season. He was one of the most important players of the team in Sparta’s European campaign last season, even though his scary head injury from one of the league games.
