Sparta announce another signing ahead of the 2014/2015 season – 24-year old striker Martin Nešpor from Mladá Boleslav.
Nešpor appeared in 24 games last season, scoring 9 goals. In total, he scored 22 times during his career in Mladá Boleslav and Bohemians 1905 before.
“The greatest times of my career are coming, and where else to go, than Sparta? I’m really happy, because I feel I’m making the right step. I can’t wait,” says Nešpor.
“He is exactly the type of player we were looking for,” says the club’s board member Jakub Otava. “We have been thinking about signing him a while already. In the last couple of years he’s been improving constantly and his goal productivity was excellent in the autumn last season,” says Otava.
“Martin Nešpor is a different kind of an attacker, he’ll be a good addition for Sparta,” says the player’s agent Viktor Kolář from SPORT INVEST International.
In exchange, Jiří Skalák leaves Sparta to Mladá Boleslav on a one-year loan with option. Skalák has been getting his experience mostly on loans in Slovácko and Brno.
