One point from Ostrava

Sparta head coach Pavel Vrba sent Pavelka, Sáček and Dočkal to the middle of the field. Hložek was our striker.

The first opportunity came after ten minutes, when Hancko fired from a free kick and Budinský pushed to the corner.

Then the game levelled and there were chances on both sides. At first, Panák headed after a free kick. Immediately after, Buchta fired near the right post.

After half an hour, Sparta took the lead. Hložek got the ball and sent Pešek forward. He run through centre-backs stoppers and scored his sixth league goal of the season!

In the 41^st minute, Dočkal found Dávid Hancko from the free kick and Hanci scored. But we were happy just a short time. The referee cancelled the goal after consultation with VAR due to an offside.

Sparta led 1-0 after the first half.

Five minutes after the break, Baník equalized. Buchta fired in the box and his cross shot ended in the net.

In the 63^rd minute, Hložek got to the box and shot. His attempt was blocked by defenders. Dočkal fired and Fleišman stopped his shot behind goalie Budinský.

A moment later, the referee whistled a penalty after Juroška's foul. Dočkal sent a ball near the left post but Budinský stopped the ball.

Twenty minutes before the end, the referee whistled another penalty kick after a hand in the box and after consulting with VAR. This time, Dávid Hancko took the ball. Budinsky went to the left pole again and David sent the ball to the other side. Sparta led again.

A few minutes later came a huge chance for Baník. Wiesner kicked Ndefe's shot from an empty goal! After 79 minutes, Hložek fired next to the right post.

Nine minutes before the end, the referee whistled a penalty against Sparta. He then consulted situation with the video for a long time but in was finally a penalty. Tetour took the ball and levelled.

The referee added seven minutes. In the added time, Minchev crossed and Hložek headed over the goal. No more happened and Sparta took a point from Ostrava after a 2-2 draw.
