In the summer of 2022, Kuchta returned to Czech league, choosing to join Sparta. In his very first season wearing the red jersey, he celebrated a league title alongside his teammates. The 2023/24 season began with Kuchta in the lineup, as Sparta advanced to the Round of 16 of the Europa League.
Kuchta’s scoring form peaked at the end of the league season. His unforgettable performance came in the decisive title match in Mladá Boleslav, where he netted four goals in just 30 minutes. At the end of the season, he celebrated victory in both league and the domestic cup.
Before his August transfer to Midtjylland, Kuchta made 92 appearances in the red jersey, scoring 37 goals. He also contributed to the team’s qualification for the Champions League.
However, his stay in Denmark lasted only five months. He returned to Sparta in the winter on loan with an option to buy. Kuchta picked up where he left off – becoming our top scorer of the spring campaign with eight goals and one assist across all competitions.
