Kukučka joined Sparta from Baník Ostrava in June 2022 and became part of the B-team squad. Just four months later, he made his first-team debut in a MOL Cup match against Domažlice, coming on for the final 30 minutes and helping secure a 6-1 victory.
Over the past two seasons, he gained valuable first league experience through loan spells. First, he played under coach Radoslav Kováč in Pardubice, before moving to Slovácko for the 2024/25 campaign. There, he made 22 league appearances and scored his first top-flight goal – the winner against Viktoria Plzeň.
