Lukáš Sadílek grew up in Ostrožská Nová Ves, from where he moved to Uherské Hradiště. He gained experiences with league football. Since the 2017/18 season, he had been a regular member of Slovácko's line-up. He became a key player in the club, helped to a historic victory in the cup. In the summer 2022, he has become a Sparta player. A year later, the midfielder was called up to the senior national team for the first time, where he also made his debut.
