David Pavelka has grown up in Sparta. He played first games in a red jersey in 2010/11 season. He has gained more experiences on loan in Slovácko and then in Liberec. He became a captain and then part of the national team. He was a member of the Czech team during EURO 2016. Then he moved to Kasimpasa. In October 2020, he comeback to Sparta.
