The Prague native spent most of his youth career with Slavoj Vyšehrad. At the age of 18, the talented striker was signed by Mladá Boleslav, from where Vojta only left for a six-month loan spell at second division side Varnsdorf. He scored 17 goals in 44 league games for Boleslav. Vojta's performances did not go unnoticed by Michal Bílek, coach of the Czech U21 team. In January 2026, Matyáš Vojta joined Sparta.
