Pavel Kadeřábek belongs to Sparta's strong 1992 class. After a spell at Viktoria Žižkov, he began playing regularly for the first team in the 2012/13 season. The following season, he and his teammates celebrated a double. In the summer of 2015, he played in the U21 European Championship on home soil and then moved to Hoffenheim in Germany, where he stayed for ten seasons and became one of the local fans' favorites. He was also nominated for the Czech national team for EURO 2016 and 2020.
