Info for away fans

Important info for away fans

For information about distribution of tickets to the away fans section, we recommend contacting the away team
Please notice that for security reasons the club is obliged to ensure the separation of away and home fans. Based on the UEFA rules we may not allow you to enter the stadium if you support the away team and do not have a ticket to the away fans sector.
We also strongly advise fans not to purchase tickets for Sparta matches through unofficial channels. Such channels may be fraudulent, counterfeit, or involve unauthorized sales at prices that are not set by the club. We recommend that you purchase tickets exclusively through the official ACS distribution channel.
Ticket scalping is strictly prohibited. The club monitors such unfair sales and will take legal action against them. By purchasing tickets through a mediator or reseller, you risk invalidating your ticket.
The only official ticket distribution channel is the Enigoo portal. No other form of ticket sales is official, and the club does not guarantee them. Potential buyers are at high risk of being deceived.
We also strongly emphasize that there are no ticket reservations. You must come to the stadium with a ticket; there is no exchange of reservations for tickets directly at the stadium.

TICKETS

In recent years, Sparta has decided to digitalize the ticket purchasing process. And this also applies to the distribution of tickets for you, the visiting fans. We always have a link ready for you where you can buy your tickets conveniently online. It will then be sent to your e-mail. Our turnstiles are mobile-friendly, so you don't need to print your tickets.
Thanks to this digital process, we can accurately order and contract stallholders, the number of kegs of beer on tap, the number of sausages and other items, the ideal number of security guards and we will be as prepared as possible for your camp.

TRANSPORT AND PARKING

Although you're coming to the mother of cities, remember that you're heading into the wider city centre where parking is not exactly great. If you come by organised bus, provide the contact of the driver to the SLO of your club, so the police can help you with parking. Entrance F (the entrance to your sector), has no place to park cars or buses nearby. If you are heading to the football by train, follow the instructions of the Police or the Anti-Conflict Team who will advise you. The direct tram from the Main Railway Station is on line 26, or you can take the metro to Vltavská station and then lines 1, 25 or 12 to the Sparta stop.

SECTOR F

In this sector we want you to feel as safe and comfortable as possible. Therefore, the entrance to the sector is reserved for you only via entrance F. We ask all away fans to go to this sector to cheer for their club, as with your club's symbols, the organisers may not allow you in amongst the home fans for your safety. Before entering the sector, our security agency carries out searches, but only as a courtesy and as a precaution. We really don't want to take your shoes off or make you strip down to your underwear, but we do try to be thorough, so please arrive early. We also ask that you do not bring prohibited items from the visitor's policy into the stadium. The stadium gates will open for you an hour and a half before the game.
Your sector is bordered by plexiglass and nets on all sides. We will be glad to receive feedback regarding the view, you can give it to us through the SLO. If you want to hang your group's flag, you can do so wherever you see it fits, but with respect for the other fans in the sector so that they can see the football too. The capacity of your sector is 988 seats (all seating, but we understand that standing is the best way to cheer). Before each match, a technical delegate will go through Sector F to check the functionality of the toilets, the beer and refreshment stands, the condition of the seats and take notes or photographs. Therefore, we ask that after your visit to the epet ARENA, the sector remains in such a condition that other fans can use it after you without any necessary repairs.
A platfrom for the support leader is also prepared for you. It is located on the upper sector.

REFRESHMENTS AND TOILETS

There are two food courts for all fans. One is for drinks only (here you can only pay by credit card) and the other for snacks and drinks (here we also accept cash). The reason why we only accept credit cards at the drinks stand is to speed up the check-in process, please don't take this as making things difficult for fans, quite the opposite. You will appreciate it in hindsight. If there is any hiccup, let your SLO know who will try to resolve the situation. Everything can be solved, it's just a matter of communication. At the stadium we serve Staropramen (or soft drinks) in returnable cups with a 50,- refundable deposit. You can also choose between ham and Bavarian sausage + small assortment.
Toilets can be found just after the entrance to the sector on the street level. They are of course divided into gentlemen, ladies and disabled fans. Their capacity is sufficient, but we still find that the toilets are in an unusable (and charred) state after visits from fans who are angry with us about something. Again, if anything upsets you, please don't risk your health and contact your SLO who will deal with the situation.

DISABLED FANS

Fans who are unfortunately wheelchair bound, but are still proper fans who want to support their team, are able to watch the game from a special platform next to the away section. For more information please contact our Disability Access Officer (smetanova@sparta.cz).
The abbreviation SLO appears frequently in the article. Who is SLO? A fan contact person who has relevant contacts with the other club, the organisers, the police and other agencies. Your club's SLO is regularly in the stadium, or in the best case near the sector, and is ready to help you at any time.
