Season ticket holders have the option to change their seat in the stadium for a specific match. They can make use of this feature, for example, when they go to the stadium with a child or a friend who does not have a season ticket and they want to sit together.
How does it work?

The whole process must be completed no later than two hours before kick-off! In the Season Tickets section of your SPARTA iD, click the ‘Reallocate’ button for the specific match in your web browser. In the mobile app, select the ‘Reallocate seat’ option. You will then be redirected to the selected match in the Enigoo app.

Select the available seats you’re interested in and add them to your basket. In your basket, you’ll then see the option ‘Exchange for a seat from a season ticket’ below the price. When you click on this option, you’ll be prompted to select the specific season ticket you wish to exchange for that seat.

Once you have selected and confirmed one of your season tickets, it will be exchanged for a new seat. Once you have paid for the tickets, the season ticket seat for the selected match will be released and the new tickets will appear in your app. After that, it is no longer possible to carry out any actions with the season ticket for that match. When you enter the stadium using a discounted season ticket, you earn 1 point, just as you do when entering using a gifted or released season ticket.
