The verdict was delivered to the club and our representative Bronislav Šerák on Friday morning. The ACS management will study the document in the following days. However, after the first examination it’s clear that the Board of Arbitrators of the FACR confirmed the interpretation of the ACS that the player violated the contractual conditions between him and the club by unilateral termination.
Both parties now have a time for a possible appeal.
The Board of Arbitrators of the FACR also examined the claim of the Martin Hašek to pay an amount of CZK 5,928,719. The Board of Arbitrators rejected the player's claim and the club does not have to pay this amount according to the arbitrators.
The arbitral tribunal reduced one of the financial sanctions for Martin Hašek during the contract by the club. Sparta must give back CZK 150,000 to Martin Hašek.
