Hložek’s hattrick against Opava!
Adam Hložek performed a big show at Letná! He scored a hattrick and added one assist against Opava! Adam has become the youngest scorer of three goals in the history of the Czech league.
Sparta head coach Pavel Vrba made two changes to the line-up. Ondřej Čelůstka started as a left centre-back and Dávid Hancko moved near the line. Adam Karabec substituted Filip Souček in the middle of the field. LK37, Lukáš Štetina, Libor Kozák, Lukáš Juliš, Andreas Vindheim, Laco Krejčí (ankle problem), Matěj Polidar (muscle problem) and Filip Souček (head injury from a duel with Pardubice) could not play due health problems.
Sparta was a more active team from the beginning and took the lead after a quarter of an hour. Wiesner passed to Dočkal in the box and he found Hložek by a perfect cross. Adam headed and it was 1-0.
Four minutes later, Karabec fired from a sharp angle, Opava goalkeeper sent the ball to the corner.
In the 25th minute, Vitík passed to Hložek, he run to the box, found Plavšić and Skri scored to an empty goal.
Five minutes before the break, Wiesner fired in a difficult position, pressed by two defenders. The ball ended next to the right post and it was a corner. Hancko headed after it and the ball ended in Digaňa hands. So, two-goal lead after the first 45 minutes.
In the 53rd minute, Karabec sent Wiesner forward by a beautiful pass, he run from the middle of the field and found Hložek in front of a half-empty goal. Adam knew what to do and sent the ball to the goal!
After an hour of play, Holík crossed from the left side and Žídek scored the first Opava goal.
A quarter of an hour before the end, Dávid Hancko passed to Adam Hložek, he aimed exactly near the right post and in was a hat-trick!
After 82 minutes, Holík came crossed from the right side, the ball bounced to Helešic and it was 4-2.
In the end, Dávid Hancko tried to add the fifth one but defenders blocked his shot in the box. Sparta won 4-2 over Opava.
