"Václav Kotal stabilized the team last spring and we finally won a trophy with him after six years and returned to the European Cups. It was extremely important for the team's development," says Tomáš Rosický, ACS Sports Director.
"This was a very difficult decision to dismiss the coach. We are grateful to him for his work with the team. But under current circumstances we think that our goals in the rest of the season were threatened. At the same time, we analysed the negative development in the game, and that is why we made this decision," adds Rosický.
The 68-year-old coach had the following balance with the ACS first team.
League: 31 matches, 19 wins, 5 draws, 7 losses, success rate 66.6% points
