The Hašek case - next step by ACS
AC Sparta Praha delivered a document to the Football association of Czech Republic. Arbitration proceedings will be initiated on basis of this document in the case of Martin Hašek's one-sided dismissal. The management of the club, represented in this case by lawyer Bronislav Šerák, continues to consider Martin Hašek's statement to be unjustified.
The club informed fans and the public immediately after receiving Hašek's one-sided dismissal on March 12 that the club defend himself with the relevant authorities. Sparta continues to insist that, until the player’s one-sided dismissal, the club fulfilled all its obligations in the contract. On the contrary, the player's actions were in conflict with the terms of the contract signed by both sides.
The proposal to initiate arbitration proceedings contains on fourteen pages, among other things, a recapitulation of Martin Hašek's steps, as well as reactions to some of the statements made by the player's deputy Markéta Vochoska Haindlová.
Sparta will claim financial loss caused to it by the actions of Martin Hašek in the arbitration proceedings. With regard to the arbitration proceedings, the club will not provide more information to the public.
