The important win over Slovácko
Sparta won the important match against Slovácko, moved back to second place in the league. Tomáš Wiesner decided the game 20 minutes before the end.
Sparta's head coach made only one change in the line-up. Matěj Polidar took the place of the Dávid Hancko. He could not play due to health reasons as well as Vindheim, Štetina, Juliš and Kozák.
In the third minute, Adam Hložek had a chance, but the shot was blocked. A moment later, Nemrava caught Hložan's head.
After a quarter of an hour, the opponent had a first chance. Kliment headed after cross from the left side. Nita pushed the ball up.
A moment later, David Pavelka tried it on the other side. Nemrava stopped his long shot.
After half an hour of play, Ondřej Čelůstka had to substitute and Filip Souček replaced him. LK37 pulled into the defence line.
In the 35th minute, Karlsson aimed next to the right post. Shortly before the break, Divíšek fired from a medium distance out of the goal. So, no goals in the first half.
Five minutes after the break, Laco Krejčí had a huge chance face to face Nemrava. But he did not get the ball into the goal.
After 57 minutes, Dočkal crossed to the box. LK37 headed and it wasn’t a goal just because of another great save by Nemrava.
In the 69th minute, Plavšić run on the left side and crossed to the box. Wiesner headed and hit the post!
A minute later, both players repeated the cooperation. This time, Tomáš Wiesner aimed perfectly and sent us to the lead.
In the end, Havlík fired from a distance, fortunately missed the goal. On the other side, Souček fired and Nemrava sent the ball to the corner.
No more happened, Sparta won 1-0 and came back to the second place in the league.
