Uroš Radaković is another summer addition to Sparta. The 23-year-old Serbian footballer had a release clause in his contract with SK Sigma Olomouc and Sparta has activated it. He signed a three-year contract with a one-year option.
„I had others options too but I decided to go to Sparta. It’s still the biggest club in the Czech Republic. When they approached me, it was easy decision for me,” Radaković says.
In the last campaign, Radaković was one of Sigma Olomouc's key figures and he played all of the 30 league matches.
Uroš Radaković played in Olomouc for three seasons, and he remained in the club even after the descent from the top flight. Before that, Radaković was player of Bologna, but because of injuries he started only three cup matches there.
Radaković was born in the Serbian town of Novi Sad, where Sparta could play the second qualification round of the Europa league against Spartak Subotica in a few weeks. „It would be nice to play at home. I hope I will be in the starting lineup.”
