Václav Kadlec ends his career

Václav Kadlec came to Sparta as a great talent in 2008. He was 16 years old. In 2010, he won his first title, the second four years later. In the meantime, he became the youngest shooter in the history of the Czech national team (18 years, 4 months, 22 days) and talent of the year. In the 2012/13 season he scored 20 goals for Sparta, including three into the Feyenoord Rotterdam net.

In 2013 he moved the German Eintracht Frankfurt. Two years later, he had returned to Sparta on loan for the spring part of the season and shown a brilliant performances. He then moved from Frankfurt to Danish Midtjylland in January 2016. Six months later, he finally returned to Sparta.

In total, Václav played 218 games for Sparta in which he scored 64 goals. For example, he scored against Inter Milan, in derby against Slavia or with Baník Ostrava. He scored his first and also last goal in the red jersey against Baník.
