Head coach Václav Kotal changed the basic line-up a little bit, Frýdek or Hložek remained only on the bench, Karlsson and Hanousek started from the beginning.
Sparta had the first great opportunity of the match in the third minute. Hanousek ran on the left side and offered a nice cross towards the goal, but he didn’t find anyone. Subsequently, Sáček won the ball in the opponent's box and fired in the fall. His attempt was pulled out by goalkeeper Nguyen.
Another chance came three minutes later. Baluta got enough space on the left side of the field and fired. His twisted shot was saved by Milan Heča.
A moment later, Karlsson shot and it was a corner. Dočkal crossed right on Hancko's head and he overcame Nguyen. He reached for the ball, but didn't get it out, 1-0 for us!

Unfortunately, the guests equalized in the 28th minute. Karafiát went on the right side of the field, crossed to Pešek and Frýdek did not stop in time. Unfortunately aimed to his own goal!
Immediately after, Kanga shot out of the box and the ball was caught by Nguyen.
A moment later, Dávid Hancko run with the ball to the opponent’s half, passed to Dočkal, he to Frýdek. He crossed to box, Hancko flew through the box but didn’t get the ball.
But it was not a problem. Sparta's second hit came before the break. Frýdek fired in the box, Nguyen bounced of just to his post where Sáček was ready. He finished and returned the lead to our side.
There were a large number of fouls in the beginning of the second half. The guests had a platonic pressure with no great chances.
After a pass in the seventy minute, Tetteh had a chance, when he shot from an angle. His attempt ended outside the goal.
We scored the insurance goal in the 75th minute.
Trávník had a free kick. Krejčí headed with Nguyen's help to the goal!
Milan Heča then performed again a great save at the end of the match. One of Liberec players fired, the Spartan goalkeeper saved be his feet in ice hockey stile.
On the other side, the goal came. In the fourth minute of the stoppage time, Tetteh got a pass in the box and scored from a sharp angle!
Sparta celebrates seventh victory in a row! We defeated 4-1 Slovan and we already have a six-point lead over him in the table!
