Historical 5-0 win in Liberec!

Filip Panák, made his debut in the Sparta basic line-up. It has been his first match from the beginning sice October 27, 2018, when he played in Karviná jersey. Captain Bořek Dočkal played the 250^th match in the Czech league.

In the 25^th minute very active Sparta took the lead. Wiesner sent the ball from the right to the left side of the box. Pešek fired from a volley and scored his first league goal in Sparta. And it was against the club he came from.

The first half ended with our one-goal lead. Sparta had 75% ball possession.

In the 52^nd minute, Gebre Selassie kicked Sáček to the head and was sent off after 2^nd yellow card. Injured Sáček was replaced by Souček.

Sparta used this advantage very quickly. At first by wonderful cooperation of two Adams in the 62^nd minute. Karabec got to the box, passed to Hložek, who dealt with the defending players and fired. The ball bounced off the crossbar and ended in the net.

Four minutes later, Hložek was fouled in box. The youngest player on the pitch, Adam Karabec took the ball and also this time hit the bar and the ball bounced behind the goalkeeper.

Twenty minutes before the end, Souček sent Laco Krejčí forward. He went alone to the goal, ended by a ground shot near the left post and it was 4-0 for us!

The demolition of the home team did not end! In the 79^th minute, Laco Krejčí passed from the goal line. Filip Souček was prepared and scored the first league goal for Sparta!

So, Sparta won 5-0 in Liberec. It was the worst home defeat for Liberec in the history of Czech league. After two match days we are first in the league with 6 points and score 8-2. So far, eight different shooters scored our goals.
