Sparta head coach Pavel Vrba made only one change in the line-up compared to the derby before the international break. Captain Bořek Dočkal replaced booked David Pavelka. Both Krejčí, Højer, Juliš, DMK and Souček were not ready due to health problems.
Right at the beginning of the match, Haraslín did not wait and fired from the corner of the box, his cross shot twisted next to the right post.
After another ten minutes came a great chance. Hložek started the action, passed to Pešek and he finished from the small box. The ball then bounced to Sáček, which fired and Boháč stopped his shot.
In the 15th minute, Dočkal found Panák’s head from a free kick, but he did not headed well and Boháč stopped the ball.
But five minutes later it has finally come. Hložek sent Minčev forward by a great pass. Minčev went alone, ended near the right post and it was a goal!
In the 26th minute, it was even better. Hložek won the ball, passed to Pešek, which moved to the right to Wiesner. He fired and the ball ended under the bar.
In the added time, Minchev sent a ground shot near the right post. So, 3-0 in the half-time.
After ten minutes of the second half, Cadu hit the ball from the distance and the shot ended in our net, so 3-1.
Sparta answered quickly and Minchev was there again! Martin crossed from the left to the right part of the small box. Pešek headed end it was a goal again!
The fifth one was very close few minutes later. Hložek went alone but just hit the left post!
Three minutes before the end, David Huf reduced the score. No more happened and Sparta won over Pardubice 4-2.
