Sparta head coach Pavel Vrba made only one change in the line-up compared to the match with Brøndby. Captain Bořek Dočkal took the place of Filip Souček. Sáček, Gabriel, Juliš, Čelůstka, Højer and DMK could not play due to health reasons.
Sparta was active from the beginning of the match. In the 15th minute Hancko passed to Pulkrab in front of an empty goal and Matěj scored in the third league match in a row.
After half an hour of play, Bohemians significantly threatened. After a cross by Köstl, Nový headed to the bar!
Then came the deadly three minutes for Bohemians! At first in the 41st minute, Hložek sent a great pass between the centre-backs, Pulkrab went alone and hit the second time.
In a minute, Pešek got a long ball, passed to Hložek, which sent a ball to Pulkrab and he completed a hat-trick by a shot near a post!

Twenty minutes before the end, Dočkal tried it from a distance but overshot the goal.
In the added time, Květ reduced the score. No more happened and Sparta defeated Bohemka 5-1 in the last home match of the year. Under head coach Pavel Vrba, Sparta did not lose any home league game in 2021!
