Sparta played Hradec Králové in the 25th round of the Czech first league. Veljko Birmančević scored the first goal after fifteen minutes. Start of the second half was also successful for the hosts as Jan Kuchta increased the lead. After that, Sparta had many different chances to score. Instead, Koubek found the net at the end of the match. That wasn’t enough for the guests, though. Sparta won over Hradec 2:1.
