Double winners

On Saturday, Sparta secured the league title. They were also aiming to win the domestic cup in Pilsen. The key moments of the final match happened in the last fifteen minutes. Sparta took the lead after an own goal by Pilsen's defender Dweh. Five minutes before the end of regulation time Šulc was sent off, but Plzeň still equalised through Chorý. However, in the first minute of addititonal time Veljko Birmančević scored the game winning goal for Sparta.
