Mathias Ross loan spell comes to an end

Mathias Ross is returning to Galatasaray following the conclusion of his loan spell. Sparta has decided not to activate the option to buy the 24-year-old centre-back.

Ross arrived at Letná in July 2024 and made his debut just a few days later in the opening league match against Pardubice. Before the end of the month, he also found the net, scoring against Shamrock Rovers.

In total, he made 11 league appearances for Sparta, played two matches in the MOL Cup, and featured in the Champions League group stage clash with Atlético Madrid.
