We wish you all the best in Poland!
In mid-May 2022, he was still celebrating a MOL Cup final victory over Sparta in the Slovácko shirt. Just a month and a half later, however, he was ours! In his first season at Letná, Sáďa became one of the key pillars of Brian Priske’s side. During the spring, he formed a well-balanced midfield partnership with newly arrived Kaan Kairinen.
Although he was unable to defend his domestic cup title, the feeling was all the sweeter when he lifted the Czech league trophy after the final match against Viktoria Plzeň. His performances also caught the eye of Jaroslav Šilhavý, earning him a call-up to the Czech national team, for whom he made three competitive appearances in June and September 2023.

The midfielder with seemingly endless stamina featured in every championship round match and the domestic cup final, finishing the season by celebrating a historic double with his teammates.
Another major milestone in Sadílek’s career came in September 2024, when the Champions League returned to Letná after 19 years. Although the campaign did not go our way in terms of results, the 29-year-old midfielder was among the leaders who always gave everything on the pitch.
