We secured a 3:1 victory in our first home match of the season

League football returned to Letná after a two-month break. Sparta fans were celebrating already in the 14th minute when Andrew Irving fired the rebound into the net with a first-time finish. The lead could have been doubled shortly afterwards, but Lukáš Haraslín missed a penalty. Zlín punished Sparta in the second half as substitute Daniel Šmiga equalised. However, the level score did not last long, as Jonatan Brunes scored his first goal in a Sparta shirt after an assist from Martin Suchomel. Adam Karabec then added a third from the penalty spot to seal the victory.
