After getting through the group stage, Sparta are ready for another Europa league challenge. The UEFA Europa league draw of the round of 32 and the round of 16 is going to take place in Nyon on Thursday, starting at 2 PM CET.
Sparta are going to face one of the group stage winners and four of the teams placed 3rd in the UEFA Champions League group stage with better coefficient than the other four teams transferred from the Champions League.
It is now sure Sparta won’t face neither Viktoria Plzeň nor Olympique Lyonnais, as two teams from the same country cannot play each other earlier than in the quarterfinals, as well as two teams from the same group cannot face each other in the round of 32.
