As a little boy, Martin Graiciar played shortly in our academy, but grew up in Victoria Plzeň. In 2017, at the age of seventeen, he moved to Slovan Liberec. In the north of Czech Republic, the striker, who also went through an internship at Arsenal, got to the Czech league for the first time.
He played nineteen matches in the league and scored four goals. In the spring of 2018, he played in Slovan only on loan, because in the winter Fiorentina bought him. However, he did not get to the first team last season. So he played only two matches in the Primavera for a team up to 19 years old.
Now, by yearly loan, he becomes one of our strikers. Václav Kadlec, Matěj Pulkrab and Václav Drchal are injured. So Martin joins to Benjamin Tetteh and Libor Kozák.
Martin, welcome to Sparta!
