Christian Frýdek extended the contract and moves on loan to Hradec

20-year-old midfielder signed a three-year contract

Christian Frýdek signed up a new three-year contract with Sparta. The club also agreed with Hradec Kralové on a one year loan of a 20-year-old midfielder.
Christian was with Sparta's first team during preseason. He played duels with Benešov, Kluj and Dynamo Moscow. Six days after the start of the new league season, he signed a three-year contract with Sparta. “It's a sign that they're counting on me in Sparta. I hope to come back as soon as possible and play at Letná,” Christian Frýdek wishes after signing a new three-year contract.
Martin Frýdek's younger brother has had permission to train with Hradec Králové this week. “I'm leaving primarily to play as much as possible. I think I have opportunity to play in Hradec, which has the highest ambition to get to the first league,” added Frýdek.
A native of Leverkusen went through the Strahov Academy. In the 2017/18 season he was on loan in the second league club Vlašim and played eight games. Last season he played in Táborsko. He scored 3 goals in 25 matches. Now, Christian is doming to his father's birth place. Martin Frýdek senior had started his great career in Hradec and became one of Sparta's legends.
