Mustedanagić went through the Spartan Academy and he signed up his first professional contract with Sparta in 2015. He made his debut in the Cup match against České Budějovice in 2016.
During the last seasons he gains experiences on loans. He was in Dukla, Slovak Ružomberok and in České Budějovice. He went to the Czech club las summer. He played five league and two Cup games in Dynamo during the autumn part of the season.
After Christmas, he came back to Sparta and started winter preseason with the reserves under leadership of Václav Kotal. Now Mustedanagić gains new experiences on loan in his homeland, FK Sarajevo.
