Turnover and win in Karviná!

Head coach Václav Kotal made several changes for the match with Karviná compared to the lost duel with Plzeň. Sáček took the place of Vindheim on the right defence, Hancko returned to centre-back, Frýdek replaced him on the left back and Karlsson took the right wing.

Right at the beginning came a very unpleasant moment for Sparta. Hložek lost the ball, then Sáček fell and Taiwo rippled the net after 35 seconds. However, the referee cancelled the goal after consultation with the video, because there was foul on Hložek.

After a long kick in the tenth minute behind the Karviná defence, Tetteh got through Šindelář and ran to Bolek. The home defender blocked him and the ball went out.

A minute later, Kanga tried from a distance and aimed just under the crossbar. But Bolek was ready and the ball went to the corner.

One hundred percent opportunity came in the 19^th  minute and Benjamin Tetteh was in it. A pass from Kanga to Tetteh, which went alone to Bolek. He looked, tried to aim between his legs, but the Karviná goalkeeper left no room there.

In the 31^st minute, Tetteh pushed the ball into the second wave from Frýdek, who fired nicely, but right next to it.

Unfortunately, a completely regular home goal came a minute later. After the ball was crossed from the right, Lingr was alone in the penalty area and gave no chance to Heča.

The equalizer came quickly after the break. Karlsson moved to the left side of the field and threatened from there. He led the ball to the middle of the field, prepared it for the right foot and then technically overcame Bolek. A really beautiful shot meant equalization.

And that was not all! After 56 minutes, Hložek fired from outside the box and his shot passed just over the bar.

Immediately after Karlsson pushed to Tetteh. He fired from the first, but the joy was useless. The referee cancelled for the offside.

But it didn't matter much, because another goal came. Frýdek crossed from the left, Hložek in the box prepared the ball for Dočkal and he scored his first league goal after coming back to Sparta! Fans from a distance enjoyed a great second half.

After a while, Krejčí got another chance, he took over the ball from Kanga in the box. His attempt was blocked by the home defence.

Sparta dominated in the match, Václav Drchal came on the pitch and was at another chance when he won the ball and then Hancko fired. Bolek saved.

Five minutes before the end, we had a free kick after the yellow foul by Rundić. Kanga found Krejčí, but he was perhaps too close to the goal and overshot.

Adam Karabec came into the game in the ninetieth minute and it seemed that it would be only a few minutes for him to try a league football again. But lo and behold, even those few tens of seconds were enough. Adam took the ball, ran into the box and closed the score to 4-1 with a shot under the bar at the added time!
