How does the new entrance to the stadium work?
You can find your purchased ticket in your SPARTA iD and view its QR code only in the Sparta mobile app. This QR code will be the only way to get into the stadium, so you must have the app installed on your phone. Once you have purchased your tickets, they will no longer be sent out in PDF format. This change applies exclusively to tickets in the home sector and will not affect fans of visiting teams.
Why do we introduce this new system?
The main reason for introducing this measure is to reduce fraud associated with ticket falsification and duplication significantly. In the past, falsified or reused tickets often caused problems with access to the stadium.
We are the first sports club in our country to take this step and we believe that the solution of the so-called NO-PDF system will significantly reduce ticket fraud where tickets have been falsified or duplicated. We realize that this change may be more challenging for some fans, especially the older ones. What should you do to be prepared?
We recommend that all fans check they have the latest version of the Sparta mobile app installed on their phone. Updates to the app may include important adjustments that will make it easier to view your ticket and ensure a smooth entry into the stadium. You must also be logged in under the same SPARTA iD that was used to purchase tickets on Enigoo. Then, tickets will be available in the app under the "My Account" tab.
If you haven't already used the app, download it to your phone. If you are interested in first-hand information, enable push notifications when you open the app.
Please be aware of unauthorized ticket sales!
Do not purchase tickets for Sparta matches outside official channels. This may be fraud, falsification, or unauthorized sales at an excessive price not set by the club. Only buy tickets through the official ACS distribution channel.
It is prohibited to resell tickets. The club monitors unfair sales and will take legal action against such cases. Purchasing through a reseller exposes the buyer to the risk of invalidation of the ticket.
The only official ticket distribution is through the Enigoo sales channel. No other form of ticket sale is official, the club does not guarantee it and the potential buyer runs a high risk of being scammed. Please also note that there is no ticket booking. You must come to the stadium with a ticket that you have uploaded in your SPARTA iD and its QR code can only be found in the mobile app Sparta. There is no exchange of reservations for tickets directly at the stadium.
