A Winning Return to League Action

For the fourth consecutive season, we teamed up with the Czech Armed Forces to host the Match of Honour, welcoming Pardubice to Letná. We settled the match with goals at the start of both halves. In the first half, Ki-Jana Hoever blocked a clearance, sending the ball perfectly into the visitors’ box, where Jonatan Brunes laid it off for John Mercado. The Ecuadorian international calmly slotted the ball into the empty net. Five minutes into the second half, Roman Macek delivered a corner for Jaroslav Zelený, who duly scored his customary goal of the season. We defeated Pardubice 3-0 to move up to third place in the provisional league table.
